extra, extra

SALT received it's very first "shout out/review" in the spring edition of Magnet, a UK magazine about the Women's Network of the Methodist Church.  The mission of the magazine is to encourage, enable, and equip women to take their full place in the life of the church.

Here's what they had to say:

"Imagine my surprise when an unexpected parcel arrived from Indianapolis, US containing three DVDs.  SALT describes itself as 'a not-for-profit project dedicated to reclaiming and sharing the beauty of Christian life through film, photography, music, poetry, and ideas.'  Bless promotes the ancient gift of blessing in such an engaging way that I found myself smiling throughout, as adults and children described their own experiences of blessing everything from hammers to backpacks.  Resurrection brings the love of God to the most life-sapping situations.  Baptism is a story that arises from a letter a mother writes her daughter at a crisis point.  Each 10 minute film coveys a clear message: that in the midst of dark times there is the light of God's love to guide us."

Thanks to everyone on the other side of the pond for watching our films - we love the way you've summed them up!

Peace,

The SALT Team
