Dear SALT community,

Our beloved Rev. Elizabeth Myer Boulton is on her way to Haiti for a week - a week of learning, relationship-building, and making a new SALT film called, "Mountains."  So stay tuned, and say a special prayer for traveling mercies.

We'll be back in touch when she returns, with stories to tell...

have you read tracy kidder's book "mountains beyond mountains" about the work that paul farmer has done in ayaiti cherie? also, look out for nurse gladys thomas (formerly sylvestre) of the rainbow of love orphanage and haiti home for children and a hospital in petionville. she is one of my mentors. amazing haitian woman of god for whom i work for 4 months when i was 18.
